“Very kind staff and peaceful oasis, and it’s for a good cause.”
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, often brightening my day with their kindness, and throughout my stay I felt enveloped in a bubble of peace and quiet, making it easy to unwind; the grounds are nice and the price is very reasonable, though I had to rely on a Bolt or Uber to reach city destinations, which, while affordable, added a bit of inconvenience; the distance from the city also contributed to a calmer experience in an otherwise busy area.
“Beautiful property. Very friendly staff. Close to bigger road so you can find uber easily. We even had some beautiful tr”
The place is calm and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
“Un lieu avec une belle ambiance. Soutenir les actions de ce centre fait plaisir.”
The reception was very warm, even though we arrived late in the afternoon. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. I especially liked the young doctor who explained the facility’s operations for young deaf guests the next day. It’s a great initiative to support by staying here. On the downside, someone who isn’t deaf should always be reachable; it would help to display that number prominently.
“The staff were very nice. They responded fast with the messages and communicated with us very well.”
The room was clean and comfortable, featuring running water, a ceiling fan, and AC; an electric kettle would have been a welcome addition for making hot water for a bath.
The hostel’s quiet vibe was a much-needed break from Kumasi’s chaos; my room was simple yet cozy, featuring a stunning hand‑painted mural, and the breakfast and dinner were both tasty and healthy; I also appreciated chatting with the staff and other guests.
