“Gemütlich”

The location is good, the room is quiet and nice, but the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and there’s no alternative in town; it would be great to have a vending machine for drinks.

The old inn was stylishly renovated, and its little quirks add to its charm; the setting is perfectly idyllic in a small quiet village, and the kitchenette has everything needed for four people, though we fed ourselves so we can’t comment on breakfast.

The in‑house restaurant is very good, the view from room 4 is spectacular, the rooms are cozy, and the location amid village idyll and nature has its own charm.

“Altes Gebäude, kein Zimmerservice”

The food at the inn was truly excellent, but because of the listed shortcomings the breakfast cost was cut in half; the old building has extremely slanted floors that also affected the bed, which was tilted, and there was no towel service or room cleaning during a four‑night stay—at least the trash cans could have been emptied; at a nightly rate of 120 €, it was simply underground and overpriced.

The room has a nice vibe and the hotel is in a peaceful area; the staff are friendly, the restaurant is available, the location is very convenient, the property is pet‑friendly, and I highly recommend it.
