The staff were very friendly and helpful, exactly what we needed for the night, and the room was nice; I would only suggest adding a kettle and cups, and the steep stairs were a bit of a challenge for someone with mobility issues when going to the communal kitchen downstairs, but overall it was a pleasant experience.

“Horrible, this is not a guest house. Many other activities which are not family friendly take place”

I was deeply disappointed—my family saw activities inappropriate for children, which was insulting; the kitchen is messy, full of cockroaches, and the rooms smell bad; it was noisy, with disturbances at 03:00 am and 05:00 am from the office next to the family room; there’s no receptionist, and service ends at 21:00 instead of 24 hrs as advertised, so I won’t recommend this place.

“I would still stay at the facility but with less expectations.”

The place was decent, but it would have been better if they offered a workstation; the staff could use more customer‑care training, as the reception and security/caretaker were unfriendly and left things unattended.

The toilet sits right next to the bed, so there’s no privacy when traveling with someone.
