Colosseum-San Giovanni Rooms Roma

“Buen trato , excelente limpieza y servicio .Magnífica ubicación.”

The location is central. The cleanliness and common area, with a microwave, utensils, coffee, etc., were fine, and the room was quiet. Everything else was fine; the only issue was that the fridge in our room didn’t cool, but we could use the one in the common area without problems. Overall, everything was excellent.

The place was clean and comfy, with every little detail covered. After booking, I got a note saying that checking in after 21:00 would cost 30€, a fee that wasn’t listed during the booking process. I managed to arrive before 21:00, so I avoided the extra charge, but I’m not sure how it would affect other guests; the owner seemed cautious and asked me to keep them posted about any delays.

“Wonderful.”

The spot is just a 15‑minute stroll from the Colosseum and a 20‑minute bus ride to Trastevere, plus there’s a bus stop right outside the apartment and a bunch of cafés and bakeries nearby. The apartment had everything we needed—fresh towels each day, toothbrushes, the whole kit. Nothing really annoyed us, though the street can get pretty busy and might disturb a light sleeper at night. We tried the coffee machine one day, but it was broken.

“Repetiré cuando vuelva a Roma ❤️”

La ubicación es genial, con paradas de autobús en la puerta y el metro a 5 min, y el alojamiento es limpio y cómodo. La única pequeña queja es que el check‑out es un poco temprano (10 h), pero eso no afecta mucho.
