The location was good. The staff were very rude and unwilling to help; the apartment wasn't that clean, especially the kitchen area. The host wanted cash even though it wasn't written in the booking agreement.

The most striking impression before the trip was the communication with the apartment host. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and desire to make our stay the best were evident from the very beginning until the end. The location was ideal – 2 minutes to the gondola, and the same building had a café, a shop, and ski‑equipment rental points. Everything was liked.

The spot is spot-on—just a 5‑minute walk to the ski lifts, yet it feels so calm and quiet. The apartment feels warm, cosy, and super comfortable, with every little thing we could need. We really felt at home and would gladly return! Everything else is perfect 👍

The place is great, the room is pretty, and the host is responsive. A shop nearby is super convenient, and the lift is only 3 minutes away. It’s warm, comfortable, and clean. The only downside is the weak internet.

The location is fantastic right in the heart of New Gudauri. A large Spar supermarket sits on the ground floor, restaurants are close by, and the ski lifts are just a few minutes away—crucial during peak season. The apartment is snug and has everything you need, and the host is always reachable and very helpful.
