We requested a handicapped room with a roll‑in shower, but we were handed a hearing‑access room that wouldn’t work for my disabled veteran husband; Enrique quickly swapped us into the right room and the rest of our stay was fantastic. The food was excellent, and Alka treated us with great kindness. We’re already looking forward to our next visit, though the price felt a bit high for a football weekend.

I’ve stayed here several times and every visit has been solid; the walk to restaurants, the mall, and the movies is a real perk. The downside? Free parking is almost nonexistent because the lot is packed with storage containers, so I ended up paying for a spot even though I hadn’t planned to.

I checked out at 5 am. The place was spotlessly clean, the toilet seat was low for my taste, but they supplied extra washcloths and the staff were super helpful.

There was a breakfast buffet, but since it wasn’t part of the room rate, we chose to eat off‑property. The hotel itself was nice, the linens were good, and the bed was comfortable. We still had to pay for parking, and breakfast wasn’t included in the room price.
