“I would like to come again and enjoy the weekend with my family”

I love every aspect of this hotel, especially the breakfast which was outstanding, but the room wasn’t clean enough for my liking.

I recently stayed at Fairmont Abu Dhabi and had a mixed experience; the room offered a truly beautiful view, which was a highlight, yet the furniture felt old and in need of an update, and the shower head and bathtub looked worn and poorly maintained. I also noticed dust in the room, which hurt my sense of cleanliness. I couldn’t reach reception or housekeeping because the line was always busy at various times of the day. I mentioned that I was staying for a birthday, but there was no preparation for the occasion. The windows were very see‑through, and since the room overlooks the pool and beach, people outside could see in, especially in the morning, so we had to keep the blinds closed most of the time, which was disappointing given the view. The breakfast was decent, about a 7/10. The pool was okay, and I really enjoyed the beach, which was a nice part of the stay. On the bright side, the room views were stunning, and the sushi restaurant at Fairmont was very enjoyable. Overall, the hotel has great potential because of its location, views, beach, and dining, but the rooms and cleanliness need attention and updates.

“Fair for Fairmont”

I liked everything!! That place is spectacular!!! The aesthetics are 100%, but there is no food warmer in the hotel rooms, so if you want something warm you’re forced to leave your room.
