After signing the contract, I was informed that smoking is prohibited in the room, and I explained that the site indicates there are smoking rooms available if they exist, the staff said that was incorrect and asked me to cancel the contract, but the staff refused and told me to cancel through the site, which was very bad. The staff’s conduct was very bad.
