Kindness, reference point location, cleanliness, new well‑maintained bathrooms. The modern structure is functional. Parking is paid and parking spaces for the property are limited.

Everything was very tidy and everything was present. We were on a layover and it was a nice stay for one night. The door to the terrace was very narrow.

The place was very cozy and impeccably clean, the staff was kind and familiar, so if I ever come back to Pescara I’ll know exactly where to stay.
