The terrace looks nice, but they tried to cancel my reservation at the last minute; when I didn’t accept, they handed me a room in poor condition. It flooded at 3 am and they wouldn’t address the issue until 10 am, giving me a mop and broom to fix it myself. After insisting for about an hour and a half, someone finally came to clean, but they didn’t change my room and the area is unattractive.

The place is clean and spacious, and the service was very good, though sometimes at night there are mosquitoes, otherwise everything is great.

The jacuzzi is very comfortable, yet there were hair on the bed and some in the laundry area that weren’t ours.
