The personnel were very friendly and helpful, but the location was a drawback.

The spot near BernEXPO is great, and the tram connection right in front of the hotel is superb; the rooms were clean and modern, but the price is a bit high and parking spots are scarce and relatively expensive.

The reception staff were very professional.
