The room is spacious and comfortable, and the double doors on the windows keep it very quiet. There’s a water tap with filtered water in the common area. I would recommend it.

The spot is spot on, and the room was spacious with a nice balcony. Having hot water on tap any time was a real plus, and checking in was a breeze.

It takes a day to get used to the layout, but for longer stays it’s a charming place. Cleanliness is impeccable, and the kitchen is stocked with water, tea, coffee, fruit, a microwave, an air‑fryer, and dishes, so you feel right at home. The room is cleaned daily. After we mentioned a few personal issues, the room was swapped. Owner Mr. Livan has put a lot of thought into guest comfort, and Manager Anna and the housekeeper were professional and caring. The only hiccup was that staff only responded via chat, which can be annoying if you need urgent help, but the overall warmth and comfort more than made up for it.

This was our second time staying at Arts Hotel by Square. We love the thoughtful helpfulness of the team, morning coffee and people watching on our balcony, the fresh water and coffee, and beautiful interior
