Van Ha Hotel Etown - Nhà Ga T3 Sân Bay TSN

The price is reasonable and the staff responded promptly. The room was damp, moldy, and had an unpleasant odor.

“Excellent Budget Hotel Very Comfortable”

Reception staff always greeted you with a smile and helped arrange taxis and meal deliveries. The house maids were also exceptionally kind. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms feature quiet air conditioning with a fan; some windows are also quiet in the back rooms. The TV, however, is only in Vietnamese.

I booked a single family room, but upon arrival the front desk said the room was under repair and offered to change me to two rooms, one of which was room 204. The toilet was positioned at the front, and the room was dirty.

“Excellent, Clean, Friendly & Comfortable and Budget friendly.”

The staff from reception all the way to the cleaning crew were friendly and helpful. The 24‑hour desk, quiet air‑con, fan, and openable windows gave the rooms a fresh feel, and the lift and comfortable beds, desk, wardrobe, and modern bathroom were great. I stayed in a back room so there was no street noise, and a phone let me reach reception. Free daily water and parking were available, and the hotel was within walking distance of a bakery and good restaurants. I’d come back again. The only downside was the lack of a safety box and the TV was only in Vietnamese with no satellite option.
