The room was new and very comfortable, as was the bathroom. The entrance area was very welcoming, with coffee available for guests. Alessandro and his colleague were very friendly and ready to help at any time. The accommodation is very well situated, just metres from Via Toledo and the metro stop, and also close to the port. It’s easy to reach all the major sights in the old town and the Spanish Quarter. The only thing I would mention is breakfast. It’s served at a bar two minutes away, and it was a bit tight: coffee plus a croissant. Maybe it’s better to ask for a discount and go somewhere else for breakfast. Still, the effort to offer you this service is appreciated.
