I landed in a spot that seemed okay, and the breakfast was decent. The property itself was a mess: the pet area was just a tiny corner with a single poop‑bag station, and the floor was littered with pet waste—stepping there felt like walking through a pile of poop. The room was filthy: curtains were stained, furniture torn, floors uncleaned, and paint peeled off the walls. The AC roared like an airplane engine starting and stopping. I told the front desk about the noise, and they said remodeling was happening; they offered me a different room, which I accepted. This was my first time here, and it will be my last.

The location was good, but construction was ongoing. My phone didn’t work, and the staff were fine but the customer service left a lot to be desired.

The breakfast menu was great, the bed sheets and covers were nice, and parking options were good. The only downside was that the pool closed at 10.

When something broke, the service was quick. The only complaint was that they didn’t give us ice on arrival, the ice machine in our fridge was broken, and it took over 45 minutes to figure out how it worked, plus another hour to get ice. That’s unacceptable for the price. Otherwise everything else was fine and the staff were very nice.
