The place is close to Mont Saint‑Michel. The bathroom faces the bed with no wall or towels, and a cheap curtain can barely cover the toilet or shower—never both at once. Everything feels crooked for some reason. The window curtain blocks about half the window, so when the sun comes out the light hits you directly. It’s in the middle of town, so there’s noise and no night light anywhere, giving a post‑apocalyptic vibe. Luckily we only stayed one night and arrived late, but if you need to arrive early, forget it—entry isn’t possible until 18:00. You won’t sleep well, and you shouldn’t linger; you have to leave by 10. There’s no ventilation except the window (no air‑conditioning, and a floor fan costs 30 €—I’d prefer that over the tiny TV that’s smaller than my computer monitor). The barking dog and people going about their lives seem to pierce your ears.

The information is generally accurate but hard to grasp without seeing the premises, and only the bedding is acceptable. Confirmation of the reservation comes only on the day of arrival, with no toiletries provided; there’s no privacy in the room (shower–toilet together). No soundproofing between rooms, and the dogs bark all night. The price‑quality ratio is unacceptable.

The place was clean, but there was no soap or towels at all. The instructions for getting the keys were very clear.
