The panoramic views, nature, large parking, shops, balcony, in‑room heater, and the La Luna restaurant (very tasty) were all great. The pool was nice, housekeeping was good and punctual, and the kids’ programs and animation were solid. On the downside, there was no tap water in the room on arrival day, the breakfast became monotonous (on one day the sausage was sour), and the poolside restaurant served American coffee in a cracked souvenir cup; the whole concept of paying for games (bowling, etc.) was confusing.

“Bon séjour”

The scenery and the stunning view were wonderful, but there were too many steep climbs.

“Super pour un séjour hors saison !”

The room was spacious and cozy with a lovely sea view, and the staff at reception were very friendly while the breakfast was generous. In mid‑October the village was quiet and our stay was very relaxing, though it must be much louder in summer. The card‑based parking system was not very convenient.

“Wouldn't stay again”

The room was basic but clean, with a large, comfortable bed and daily cleaning was excellent; the views were beautiful. The location isn’t ideal if you don’t drive—25 minutes to Fréjus, steep hills, many stairs, and not very accessible. Reception staff did the bare minimum; they only mentioned the lift on the second day when we asked about parking. It’s unclear how to get from the parking lot to the rooms, which is a problem for disabled guests. The restaurants open and close unpredictably, prices are high for what you actually get, and there were no toiletries in the bathroom. There was no information about entertainment or events, yet we were surrounded by a triathlon and a cycling event that ran through the hotel without any notice, which was odd.
