The location was fine, but the original room smelled of urine and had a wet spot on the floor. I was moved to a new room that had dog food on the floor. Loud noise kept me from sleeping, and after complaining to the front desk nothing was done. I was handed the property manager’s card to call, but when I sent the complaint it returned undeliverable.

The property was well maintained, the room was spotless and comfortable, the staff were wonderful, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent; I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The parking lot was small and one elevator was not working.
