The staff were fantastic and very welcoming, though I was disappointed that the spa was out of order when I was looking forward to using it.

“Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen”

The hotel’s location was ideal for me because I had things to do nearby. The windows were excellent at blocking the noise from the main street, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed—especially the pillows (there were several options)—was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was varied. The hotel also had a bar and restaurant where we enjoyed some treats. I would have liked a kettle for tea or coffee in the room, and the generous spa facility on the ground floor requires a reservation and extra cost.

“C’était sympa !!!”

Mon séjour initial était de 2 jours, au final nous avons opté pour 3 jours, j’ai demandé à l’avance, s’il était possible d’avoir un jour en plus, avec grand plaisir ☺️ Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre avec balcon, non loin du Albi Mall. Le Prishtina Mall est également situé juste à côté. La capitale était à quelques minutes également, c’était super sympa pour pouvoir manger, sortir boire un coup etc. La chambre était très propre. (Lavée tous les jours!!!) Les équipements étaient ok. (Il manquait juste Netflix&Youtube etc dans la chambre malheureusement…) On a pu jouer au Ping Pong, au Baby foot, c’est super sympa quand on a pas envie de bouger de l’hôtel ;) Le petit dej est ok! C’est sympa. Ils proposent omelette etc. Il manque peut-être juste quelques spécialités locales, j’aurai bien vu de la pitë, burek ou flia…… ou peut-être des kifle au fromage 😕 Le personnel au TOP du TOP!!!!!. Je trouve que le prix de 20 euros par personne/ par jour, pour profiter du spa etc. est un peu trop cher, surtout si l’on veut juste profiter de la piscine… J’aurai peut-être voulu aller dans la piscine les 3 jours… c’est un peu triste. 😔 Au niveau de l’hôtel, c’est vrai que c’est assez compliqué d’accès, car voie rapide juste à côté, bouchons etc. Mais le parking est tranquille, et à proximité de tout 😊

The property feels brand new; the room is spacious with all the comforts. The only flaw I found, as an Italian, was that the breakfast lacked international variety.
