The room was very clean and well cared for; the hotel sits right in the center, close to the lake. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, but the jacuzzi had cold water.

I appreciated the inside cleanliness, but the name “willa” feels off for the standard. The patio air‑conditioner kept me up all night, and the patio itself is just a few tables surrounded by dry reeds as a fence. The room was small, ugly, and acoustically poor—besides the AC, we could hear a friend snoring through the wall, guests coming up the stairs, and other noises from the patio where people ate dinner and breakfast. There’s a tiny parking lot in front of the building, no garden, and the surroundings are chaotic. It’s just a plain, modest place. The balcony supposedly offered a patio and mountain view, but the mountain view is just a narrow strip on the side of the balcony. The owner rudely asked guests from the dining room who wanted to play cards there to leave. The building with rented rooms isn’t standalone; it adjoins other buildings in a somewhat chaotic way, and the patio is at the back of a shop called Groszek run by the same owner. I always imagined a villa as a standalone building with a garden.
