The place was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly – I’ll definitely come back!

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but I had to pay an extra fee to park at the facility, which I couldn’t avoid. The fact that this was explained only at check‑in and not included in the overall rate was a real turn‑off, and I probably won’t book with the Westin again.

Everything was amazing, but the restaurant menu didn’t match what was posted online.

The location, lobby, bar, and coffee shop were lovely, yet breakfast options at the restaurant were limited and there were no healthy low‑calorie choices like yogurt or oatmeal.
