A pleasant traditional hotel by the sea. The dinner was a tasty kaiseki with lobster and other seafood, and the breakfast was also kaiseki, which surprised me. We booked a room with a private onsen that offered a magnificent sea view at sunrise. It’s a 10‑minute walk from the train station. The hotel provides a transfer from the station, but we didn’t use it because we were light on luggage and enjoyed strolling along the coast.

We came back to Hiina for a second visit. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. It was very spacious and offered ocean views. The onsens were fantastic, and soaking in the outdoor tubs while listening to the waves was so relaxing. Every meal was amazing, and we looked forward to each one daily, especially the wide variety of seafood. The shuttle bus to and from the train station was really helpful. The staff were very helpful, kind, friendly, and hospitable, making our stay feel very special.
