“Comfortable well run budget accommodation in excellent location.”

The daily supply of bananas, pawpaw, tomatoes and lettuce was a lovely touch, and plenty of drinking water was provided. The location is excellent, close to many general stores. The property can be a bit noisy because of road traffic, and some other guests can be noisy and inconsiderate, but most guests were friendly, considerate and well‑behaved.

The location is great, the house is spotless, and every day free veggies, fruit, and filtered water are available. Ned and his family gave us a fantastic experience, especially the best snorkeling tour; thank you so much for everything! I would recommend staying here 100 %. The street noise was a problem, but earplugs solved it.

The place was fantastic – a private room in a lively house where I got to meet other travelers, and Ned was an incredible host who really showed off the island’s charm. Fresh fruit, scooters and boats were on hand, so I never ran out of things to do. Just a heads‑up for light sleepers: the road can get a bit noisy at night, so bring earplugs.

“Just a little slice of paradise”

The house sits right in the middle of the main island, which made getting around a breeze, and Ned answered every question I had right away. He gave me a true Aitutaki experience, even taking me out on his boat to see the whales—he’s a safe, seasoned skipper. I’m already planning my next visit and would recommend this spot without hesitation.
