The location was on the road and the air‑conditioner worked, and the shower heater was on. Customer service was awful: the female receptionist was unapproachable and unfriendly, there was no room‑service option to charge consumables to the room and pay at checkout, so you had to go back and forth to the reception to order and pay upfront. The phone didn’t even work, the toilet bowl had stains and looked disgusting, and the price was a rip‑off; the room was good for two but we only received one towel.

The rooms were truly minimalistic, completely at odds with the cozy photos of the model room. The sink leaked onto the floor. Night arrivals felt a bit grimy with no lighting. The staff were friendly but not very accommodating, and overall the place wasn’t very welcoming.
