Everything was fine, the breakfast was colorful and made from local ingredients, the owner lady was energetic, the room had a fridge with drinks, and the bathroom had everything. We were satisfied, nothing to complain about. It may not be for everyone who doesn’t need to chat, but that’s just a detail.

I knew from the reviews that this place would be wonderful, and it continued to exceed expectations! Roberta is not only a phenomenal host and tour guide of the entire island, but she also has the kindest heart and thinks about every detail of the stay. The beds have down mattress covers and are extremely comfortable! The balconies have spectacular views of the city! The location is very walkable and close to public transport. The breakfast is lovely and she describes it every morning. I absolutely love this place and will return to Sardinia just for Roberta and the 11th‑floor suites!

Staying at Eleventh Floor Suites was absolutely extraordinary! From the moment you enter, you feel the unique atmosphere of the place – modern yet cozy interiors, where every detail is carefully refined. From the windows you get a breathtaking view that makes you want to stay longer. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and breakfast tasted like it came from the best café. The owners were incredibly hospitable and helpful, making me feel right at home immediately. This place blends elegance, comfort, and a friendly vibe – definitely one of the best B&Bs I’ve ever been to. I’ll gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a special stay!

The lady Roberta was very helpful and attentive, giving us directions and sharing interesting facts about Cagliari that we didn’t know. The breakfast met all our expectations—excellent. Nothing else to add.

Roberta welcomed us warmly and offered great tips for exploring the area. We stayed in a room with an outstanding view of Cagliari and its old town, featuring original décor and a very comfortable bed. The bathroom had thoughtful touches like toothpaste and toothbrushes. The breakfast was both savory and sweet, made with quality products, and Roberta served us Sardinian specialties, which was a delightful discovery. She is a perfect hostess.
