The staff were incredibly friendly! The location is right in the middle of the medina/souk. Nothing else to add.

“Parfait pour nous”
The room was comfortable and the staff were always on hand and ready to help. The massage was top‑class and the rooftop was pleasant, although it’s a pity that everything around was under renovation. The proximity to the shopping streets was a plus. Ants appeared in the room (we had the same issue in France at that time), and it was disappointing that no soap was replenished when the bottle ran out—something that really needs to be addressed.

The breakfast was excellent and Ibrahim and Hucin were very attentive. The hotel is a bit far from the medina entrance, requiring a regular walk that isn’t a great first impression, but after you get used to it it feels normal.

The location is truly right in the middle of everything. It was impossible to find the Riad on my own; there were no signs, and after 23:00 the streets felt very, very uncomfortable—an important warning.
