The place was spotless, nothing to complain about.
One of the elevators didn’t go up to our floor. Breakfast offerings were subpar. It seemed like this hotel was really nice 20 years ago

The rooms are beautifully decorated, the beds are comfy, and the bathrooms are excellent. The lounge area is lovely, and the bartender that night was amazing!

They sent me an email before my arrival saying there was no hot water and offered a cancellation, so I called to cancel, yet they still charged my card the following day!
Everything was very clean and mostly quiet; Gibson was fantastic, and even Gio was great, though management didn't appreciate him and the conversation with her was chaotic. Aside from that, my experience was excellent.
