The staff were friendly, the location was great, breakfast and dinner were lovely, and the sky bar offered fantastic views over the lake and the city—nothing else to add.

The spot was ideal, the room was beautiful and I even got an upgrade to a family room, the staff were very friendly, the rooftop bar was fun, breakfast was extensive and delicious—overall top!

The hotel was conveniently close to the other room my party booked, the location was great with easy access to the sights I wanted to see in Hanoi, the rooms were small but clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the pool was out of service during our stay, which was a little disappointing.

Nothing positive. The experience was utterly awful and you should avoid it at all costs; they will try to scam you as much as possible. The place that might have been nice 15 years ago is now run down, smells bad, is loud, and the staff and management are scammers. The dodgy stains on the furniture are a warning sign—do not stay here.
