The location is about the only good thing about this place. It was dirty: the microwave hadn’t been cleaned in a while, the carpet was gross, and I had to bring my own sheets or we wouldn’t have stayed; there were still grounds in the dirty coffee pot.

Adequate, nothing fancy, the room was clean and good, no complaints, just expensive for a motel with no breakfast. It was very expensive for the room, no breakfast, over Tri‑State Rodeo weekend, $180 per night.

The sheets on one bed were unwashed, a chair had a big ketchup stain, and a nail in the door was sticking out; I hit my hand on it and luckily avoided a puncture or cut. The staff knocked on the door early in the morning to see if we needed anything.
