We enjoyed a fantastic cruise aboard the Dahabiya Alzahr 2, with all crew members incredibly kind and helpful. It was unforgettable and highly recommended for anyone wanting a different Egyptian experience. Special thanks to Nasser, Ramadan, Haghag, and Mohamed for the food and service, who were always ready to meet our requests. It was a shame the captain never raised the sails of the Dahabiya and couldn’t explain why.

The view was nice, yet most of the time it got blocked by other ships, the AC was subpar, and the room felt a bit cramped.

The restaurant staff were very friendly, and the ship we finally boarded—though not the “MS Nephtis”—had a charming old‑school interior and a sundeck. However, the “MS Nephtis” had apparently stopped operating in the 1990s, we were picked up two hours late after confusing communication, and were taken to “The King of Egypt,” a vessel that never appeared in the photos on the site. We were assigned a room that didn’t match our booking, right next to the machine rooms, and we checked out a night early.

we like all services provided on cruise staff was so helpful and friendly, Sayed was the best tour guide we met he really makes our trip so special we would like to thank GTS management for the care and service they provide cruise was so clean and quite food was very good sailing on river Nile make us so happy
