There was no service at all. The staff claimed the property was full and even refused to open the main entrance gate. The attendant denied me entry, saying there were no rooms available despite my confirmed booking, and claimed they prioritize direct customers. He directed me to another property 3 km away, which I declined, causing significant inconvenience.

This guesthouse offers every amenity you’d expect for a comfortable stay, delivering great value with a fully equipped kitchen and clean, cozy bedding. The caretaker is on hand 24/7, extremely helpful, and even helped with grocery shopping. The property sits in a quiet residential area, and a local market is within walking distance. A shared TV lounge provides a nice place to unwind. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring tasty local dishes that enhanced the overall experience. All in all, the stay was comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable, and I’d definitely return and recommend it to others. There were no negatives.

I had nothing to like there. I booked a one‑bed apartment four days before my visit, yet no one contacted me for confirmation or payment. When I arrived on the booking date and called the provided number, I was told all rooms were occupied and there were no vacancies, so I was asked to go to their other guest house. I had chosen White House after reading visitor reviews, so being redirected to a lower‑standard location without electricity backup during load shedding was unacceptable. They should have informed me earlier that my booking was void so I could find alternative accommodation. The alternate place was below standard; we stayed only one night before leaving. It was a terrible experience for me and my family.
