The location was great, the breakfast was good for Italian standards, the shower had excellent water pressure and was very large, the room was cozy and clean, the property was nice and safe, and the hosts were helpful. The auto‑repair shop directly below the room can be a bit loud, “Marco” seemed unwilling to work, and the bed was very squeaky.

“Przytulny pensjonat blisko plaży”

A very pleasant, quiet B&B with a home‑like vibe. The large, well‑maintained house is surrounded by greenery, a garden, palms and a hammock. The staff were very friendly and caring – it’s a family business. Breakfast was decent, with good homemade cappuccino. Overall a good spot for a calm stay near Avoli, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. You can use the beach gear on site (umbrellas, mattresses, etc.). It’s also a good starting point for trips to Noto and Syracuse. The only thing I’d add is oatmeal and classic bread to breakfast; otherwise it’s really fine.

Our first trip to Sicily, and it seems we couldn’t have picked a better spot. We really liked Avola – cozy, calm, genuine Sicily that makes you want to return. The villa itself left the most pleasant impressions. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with daily housekeeping. Breakfasts were balanced, the espresso was excellent, and we ate on a beautiful terrace! A huge thank you to Marco – he’s a very kind and responsive person. We’re especially grateful that he drove us to the station, which allowed us to reach Syracuse calmly and see that wonderful city. That was very valuable to us. The beach is literally a 4‑minute walk – a dream. The beach is small, but we loved that intimate atmosphere, without feeling a huge crowd. And the sea… it’s a whole other story – the water was so warm, like steamy milk, we just didn’t want to leave. We also liked that the villa lets you take all the beach essentials for free: umbrella, mat, and other items. It may seem trivial, but how convenient! Thanks to the host for such hospitality, care, and warm attitude. We felt very comfortable and really relaxed, enjoying Sicily. We left with the feeling that the holiday flew by too quickly.
