I paid 20,000 yen for the stay, even though the search showed a rate of 10,000 yen; an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 yen was added implicitly, making the total 20,000 yen, and after payment cancellation was not possible. I’m unsure whether this was a problem on the hotel’s side or the booking platform’s side, but the reservation experience was poor. The cleaning fee should have been displayed separately before the room cost; if it was, it should not have appeared in the 10,000‑yen search results. Be cautious when booking.

“excellent hotel, nice room, helped us out when all went pearshaped as let down by original booking,”

We had a last‑minute replacement after another company let us down, and these guys were fine with a last‑minute booking, super helpful and lovely—what a relief! I highly recommend them. Nothing was wrong, everything was great.
