The apartment was solid and comfortable, making everyday living easy. However, the shrub spa bath in apt 35 felt pointless and annoying because you had to climb over it just to reach the shower. Parking was cramped, and the concrete column between the two walkways beside the parking area should have reflectors, especially when reversing at night.

Four pools, two of which were heated, let us choose a less crowded spot; there were also spas, a smooth self‑check‑in, and a clean, roomy 2‑bedroom, 2‑bath apartment with good parking. The Wi‑Fi was awful, so we ended up using our data plan instead.

The location was great, and apartment 13 was well furnished and kept tidy. The staff helped me out when I locked myself out late at night. It’s close to Aldi and nice cafés. The Wi‑Fi stayed weak as usual, and the wall‑mounted hair dryer was so weak that I had to bring my own; I’d have liked to have my own dryer. Housekeeping mistakenly entered our apartment early in the morning, which was fine, but they could have knocked first.

The rooms were spacious, the décor a touch dated but still great for a tropical vibe, and there were plenty of pools to explore with a lovely breeze coming through the open living balcony.
