The couple who own the hotel were very helpful and kind, adapting to our needs with ease. As a Western tourist, I found the overall cleanliness a bit below what I’m used to, but it was still clean enough to feel comfortable and relaxed.

The hotel's relaxed atmosphere was a major plus, but unfortunately, it came at the cost of a lack of quiet time. I was hoping for a peaceful stay, but that wasn't exactly what I got.

The staff here are absolutely lovely and go out of their way to make sure you're happy. As a family with young kids, we appreciated their kindness, but the streets around the hotel are a real concern - they're chaotic and lack pedestrian paths, making it difficult to navigate.

The hotel's location is a major plus, right on the main road and with a 24-hour elevator. However, the rooms are a bit cramped, and there's no fridge - and to make matters worse, the soundproofing isn't great either.

One of the best things about this hotel is that the rooms don't have that awful cigarette smell, which is a big plus for non-smokers like me.
