From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted us with smiles and were ready to help with anything we needed; the attention they gave us was fantastic. Everything felt very high‑quality and meticulous. I absolutely recommend this place 100 %. With its friendly team, flawless service, and stylish vibe, it’s a hotel I’d definitely return to. ❤️✨

The rooftop restaurant and lounge area are gorgeous, with a beautiful view. The bathroom needs a few minor corrections; the drains.

I loved everything! No complaints at all! Loved everything!

The two rooftop terraces were great for watching the balloons or just relaxing. The buffet breakfast was very good, and the pool was a nice addition—though it was a bit chilly. Having complimentary water each day was appreciated.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s a 10‑minute walk from the centrum. The terrace where breakfast is served is fantastic, and there are two open terraces to watch the sunrise and the balloons. The breakfast is awesome. The staff were really helpful; we booked the hot air balloon ride and the ATV ride through them. The room was clean and spacious enough.
