The property was still unfinished, with no lighting along the walkways and near the beach, so I couldn't relax there. The swimming pool was under construction and unusable.

The room was fine, but the advertised pool was completely inaccessible at check‑in. Construction was everywhere in the hotel, making it feel like an obstacle course to reach the room, with holes, tools, materials and workers blocking the way. Noise ran from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The bathroom turned into a paddling pool whenever I showered, with water splashing onto the floor. The hotel was still open and charging high prices under these conditions, which is unacceptable. Guests should have been warned before booking and rates should have been lowered. A room in such a state should not be sold at the usual rate. The management’s decision to put a girl under 20 at the front desk was bold, yet she had to handle angry guests’ complaints, frustration and insults all day. She was lovely and did her best, but she should not bear the consequences of decisions beyond her control. This lack of professionalism and respect toward guests and staff is serious. We booked to relax, but spent our time amid a construction site, constant noise and poor conditions. It is one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The value for money is completely unacceptable, and guests should be warned about ongoing construction before booking.

The room was nice and the whole place will be great once finished. I didn’t know it was under construction until after I paid, and they didn’t have much to offer. It was fully under construction and I was only told after payment. We were there just to sleep.

The apartments were brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed in a modern boho style, and we loved the overall look and atmosphere. The only downside was that the swimming pool was still under construction and unavailable during our stay, and this wasn’t mentioned.

The accommodation was 50 m from the beach. Everything was extremely clean and professionally cleaned. Very modern and very friendly staff! You felt comfortable right away. The laundry service for 60 bht is also mega great. Everything is within walking distance. Unfortunately the construction site was a bit noisy, but overall it was quieter than expected. They worked until 21 h on some days.
