The room was amazing and all the free drinks and snacks as well as the extra amenities you got in the room as well. Bed was a bit harder than I expected

The location was out of the way, but let me tell you, it did not disappoint, don't let the side entry and odd foyer fool you. The staff kindly took our bags as we couldn't check in until 19.00, which concerned me. But when we returned and went to our room it was epic, if you're looking for a fun love hotel experience, I would absolutely endorse this. There was a massive spa bath, a karaoke room, a massage chair, some kind of cheesy music sound system, it was a very fun time. Location was a bit off the beaten track

It was my first time staying at the Otsuka hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the area around Otsuka Station turned out to be; the hotel was clean and the room’s facilities were good. The mini‑fridge in the room was tiny, didn’t keep things cold well and had no freezer, which is a problem for the upcoming hot season when you can’t store ice cream bought elsewhere.
