Being located in the center of Batumi made it very convenient to go anywhere. The owner is a very warm person who never says unnecessary things, lets you be left alone, and always cares about guests’ relaxation, which made me happy. Sometimes there was a water outage.

There are some nice people working there. The floor of the male bath had poo‑stains, the shower tub was broken, and the microwave was broken as well. There is no privacy at all. Usually there are curtains on the bed so you get some privacy, but they don’t have anything like that.

Being greeted with a friendly face is nice; if you’re traveling alone it’s very ideal. If you send your spouse, be sure to contact the hostel management, they will show you what you need. Of course it won’t feel like home; the rooms are shared, which is great for singles, as I said, but if you send your spouse, you must contact the hostel management.

A very cozy hostel with very friendly staff. Really close to the beach. Excellent location!

The volunteers were very warm. The owner was talking loudly at dawn, and despite there being two toilets on the premises, he wouldn’t let anyone use the other one.
