Friendly staff only noticed at check‑in, but they moved me and my friend together. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was cute. However, my room lacked a long mirror and had no shelves for clothes. Some linen was old and a bit torn, and there was no breakfast offered.

Everything was present: a full house, fridge, microwave, tea set, TV, clean space, extra blankets, air‑con, a safe door with a burglar‑proof three‑lock system, a work table and chair, a sofa for relaxing, and bathroom choices. The gate was access‑controlled and quiet. The downside was its distance from the CBD, plus the absence of Ubers and Bolts, so we had to walk to Upington Magistrate and the Intercape offices.

The location was great, quiet, and safe, offering good value for money. The bathroom was lovely and the bed was comfy. The only issue was the kitchen corner; perhaps removing the big mirror and creating a corner there would help.
