The accommodation and its facilities are excellent. Parking is two blocks away, and you have to walk alone at night without knowing anyone, which is uncomfortable and risky.

“Pésimo servicio y atención”

We booked well in advance and had a confirmed reservation. But when we got there around 11:40 pm, after a long trip with our little boy, the front‑desk lady told us the room had already been handed over to other guests who’d called in. Our booking was cancelled on the spot, no warning, no alternative offered. We were left without a place to stay in downtown LA at midnight, which was stressful and unsafe for our family. The hotel didn’t apologize, compensate, or even try to fix the situation.

“UNA ESTAFA. NO VAYAN AL HOTEL”

The staff were genuinely nice and helpful, but the place itself is a total letdown. It’s smack in the middle of a busy street with no parking for luggage, and you have to climb a steep staircase that’s impossible for anyone with mobility issues. The receptionist offered to lift our bags, but the room was tiny, with bars and other rooms’ ceilings right in view. Two single beds were crammed together, the bathroom was cramped, and the décor looked like it was from the last decade.

“Very good”

Breakfast was pretty good and the people were friendly, but the parking is a bit far from the hotel. Still, it worked out fine.

It looks like a motel in the pictures, but the reality is different and the advertising feels misleading.
