“Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Basic Facilities”

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it based on my stay. First, the hotel name shown/used for booking appears to be different, and when searching for the name on Google, it is difficult to find the property or the room information. The room was not clean at all. The bedsheet and blanket were visibly dirty, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The room also had a broken lock, which is a serious concern regarding basic safety and security. Although Wi‑Fi is available, the password was not provided, making the facility practically useless. The breakfast was also disappointing. No non‑vegetarian options were available, including even eggs, so guests should not expect non‑veg breakfast despite breakfast being included. Another important point is that outside food is not allowed in the hotel, and this rule is displayed in several places. Guests should be aware of this before booking, especially if they prefer ordering food from outside. The bathroom fittings were extremely difficult to use. The shower and taps require both hands and considerable force to operate properly, which is very inconvenient.

I never want to book breakfast again because a cockroach was found roaming the washroom, the bedsheets were untidy and there were bedbugs, no water bottle was handed out at check‑in, and the bathroom had no basic amenities.
