I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel, which unfortunately started from the moment I checked in. The rooms were plagued by a persistent smoky smell, and to make matters worse, they were not cleaned properly at all. The staff's support was also lacking, which made my stay even more unbearable. In the end, I had to cut my stay short and vacate the room two days earlier than planned, despite having booked for seven days.
