Nice breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel and street were quiet, very close to Luisienplatz and the buses. The elevator didn’t work. The air‑conditioner didn’t work. I was moved to the next‑door facility, which was extremely minimalistic, had no safe, and cleaning only happened if I asked, which they didn’t. Overall it was cozy and functional, but nothing to write home about.

The staff and service were excellent. The hotel offers a garage that is cheaper than any other option in the city center, though it is a narrow fit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent, just a 5‑minute walk from the city square. Great value for the price. The elevator was not operational during my stay, which was a bummer. The AC was not working, but I didn’t need it. It would have been horrible during a heatwave. Breakfast on site is on the pricier side.

A comfortable stay with pleasant staff. The shower was very large and nice, the bed was comfortable, and the A/C worked. The overall design was cute, and it was very central with great tram connections from the main station to the rest of the city. The elevator didn’t work, so I had to either go around and use the other entrance, which was annoying, or walk up five stories of stairs. For €18 per night per person, the breakfast was not worth it. There was nothing wrong with what was there, but it was really not worth the money, especially compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in.

The room is exactly the same in photos, comfortable and functional. The day we stay the elevator is broken and it’s just me 44 kg girl had to carry 30 kg luggage to third floor and also the next day carried down. I was informed to cancel due to overbooking on the day before check-in, somehow it’s solved by contacting customer service
