The food was excellent. The location is superb. The staff were delightful. The grounds were beautifully cared for. The resort is about 30 years old or more and it is in great need of a major renovation. No money has ever been spent on maintenance of the rooms. I believe it has a new Chinese owner

I loved the food—whole fish and lobster, plus curry, pork, and beef were good too. The staff were nice and the vibe was relaxed, just the right fit-out style. Activities like snorkel, dive, and tours were available, and the staff and office were right there. The massage was excellent. The KBB had nicer rooms but felt stiffer.
