The spot is great, right next to town, and the on‑site facilities are solid; booking a pool spot with my daughter was a breeze. The club house and its restaurant offer decent choices, and the cabin itself was clean and well kept. I’d come back, though next time I’d consider paying a bit more for a cabin closer to the lake, since this one sat pretty far back on the site.

The place is gorgeous, super comfy, and spotless. We had a fantastic time; the park is laid‑back and the lake is stunning, though there isn’t much activity inside the park. It’s a perfect spot if you’re staying near Hastings or Rye and want a beach day at Camber Sands. Nothing could be better.

The setting is beautiful and quiet, the beds and linen are comfy, and the seating is cozy. We had everything we needed for our visit, no complaints.

The mobile home was nicely equipped on a large site, and even though it was on the edge in a very quiet area, it offered plenty of space and a comfy lounge. Wi‑Fi worked, contrary to the info that said otherwise, which was helpful. It’s a bit out of Hastings, so a car is probably required. We didn’t use the site facilities. Parking under a tree meant birds perched on our car, so we had to park in front of the home to keep it clean. There was no welcome packet; most things were self‑explanatory, but it took until mid‑week to locate the washing machine, which turned out to be in an outdoor storage box at the back of the building.
