The pool, gardens, clean rooms, and villa were all good.
A great hotel for the price; the air conditioning was excellent.
If you’re in Rawai, this is a great spot to unwind with many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the staff are very polite and helpful.
The only real plus was the pool and a comfy bed, plus the housekeeping staff were excellent, though the welcome was just average. The bed frame had exposed nails, there was no privacy between the bathroom and the room, and a transparent blind did little to separate them. Breakfast and the restaurant were non‑existent, and asking for a taxi to the airport wasn’t even listed among the hotel’s services. A noisy garage was right opposite our door, and I ended up hurting my feet on the protruding nails. The bathroom lighting was so dim I couldn’t even shave properly.
