The staff are cheerful and the location is good. The room didn’t have any water service for guests, only bottled sodas for sale. The towels were very dirty, and at check‑in at 13:30 I was charged an extra 20k. I booked the room to pay on arrival, but the hotel required a pre‑payment deposit. Very disappointing.

The app upgraded my room type, but when I arrived the manager said I was staying in the best room, which was a bit annoying. At check‑in the staff made me wait nearly half an hour to check in and then to clean the room. The manager charged extra for the room, the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke, the bath towels were old, and the floor had hair on it.

The manager was very helpful and assisted us with our needs. He was friendly and efficient in his responses. The establishment is clean and fairly well located.
