We were looking for a stopover on our way to the Pyrenees, and the house was a dream! The only guests we met were treated like family. They prepared a multi‑course menu with several grill meats just for us and served it in the garden, while the hosts kept us company. The next morning they offered a generous, lovingly made breakfast with local products. The drive after that felt tough. Highly recommend, especially for a longer stay in the area for cycling and hiking. The house sits in an idyllic, secluded spot with absolute quiet, letting you instantly switch off from travel stress. Nothing negative.

It was wonderful to feel at home. The hostess even picked me up in Saligny, which is 4 km away. The distance from the gîte to the village was the only downside.
