The breakfast was decent with a nice variety of items, and the location suited our plans, but both elevators stayed out of service the whole stay and no one tried to fix them until Monday because it would cost overtime on a weekend and it wasn’t an emergency since nobody was trapped.

The building feels worn out, the elevator is broken, and there are cracks in the ceiling.

Clean and some staff friendly. Elevator was not working most of the weekend. Why do you have to wait til Monday to fix it?? Pay someone to fix it! I am a disabled person! I can’t go up and down 4 flights of stairs! I am at risk of falling

The location, breakfast, smooth check‑in, and pool were all great, but the room could have been a touch cleaner.

Close to a large shopping center and the airport, which was perfect for a last day in Chicago; the location was a bit of a drawback.
